Summary:
Provide outpatient individual, family, and group therapy to adults with behavioral health disorders, adhering to best practice treatment strategies effective for their diagnostic needs. Treatment is provided in a clinic setting. In addition to mood and anxiety disorders, adults may have complex diagnostic profiles including trauma, eating disorders, medical conditions, cognitive disorders, substance use, and serious mental illness.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or related field; licensed (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, PhD); experience with adults with behavioral health disorders, at least two years providing therapy, and knowledge of complex disorders.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Flexible schedule with evening hours; valid driver’s license, insured vehicle; knowledge of community resources; advocacy and teaching skills.

Effective communication skills, ability to present information, complete training, and perform basic math; maintain ethical standards and confidentiality; appreciate sensitive information and legal considerations.
PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must meet physical demands, work in varied environments, and accommodate disabilities as per laws. Regularly use hands, talk, walk, sit, reach, climb; occasionally lift up to 10 pounds; specific vision abilities required; work may include outside weather conditions; moderate noise level.
