Job summary

Optum's Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to a diverse patient population. You will assess, diagnose, and treat mental health and substance use conditions using evidence-based approaches within a supportive clinical environment.

You will conduct individual and family psychotherapy, perform mental health assessments, utilize CBT and DBT, monitor progress, adjust care plans, and maintain accurate EMR

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT).
• Ability to provide behavioral health assessment and treatment.
• Strong documentation and electronic medical record skills.
