Job summary

Life Changes Group, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our team in Newton Center, MA. You will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions within our growing behavioral care network.

As a licensed clinician, you will provide evidence-based therapy (including CBT and DBT), document care in EMRs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes and program growth. This role offers competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, in the state of Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance abuse disorders
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects
• Maintain accurate EMRs and clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support patient growth by contributing profiles for online directories and marketing efforts

Education
