Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active, unrestricted LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in Massachusetts.
• Ability to provide behavioral health assessment and psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and clinical recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments and treatment for a broad range of mental health and substance use conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy, including CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic approaches.
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans based on patient outcomes.
