Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Active, unrestricted MA licensure LICSW/LMHC/LMFT in MA.
• 2+ years of professional behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor clinical symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain EMR and documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Support online directory growth with provider profiles.
