Integrated Behavioral Health of Louisiana, part of the Optum family, seeks a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our New Orleans team. You will treat a wide range of mental health conditions and work with a diverse patient population to deliver evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include screening, delivering CBT/DBT therapies, tracking outcomes, maintaining EMRs, and contributing to online profile growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related counseling field.
• Clear, active and unrestricted Louisiana license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess patients for common mental health and substance use disorders.
• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based methods.
• Track treatment response and monitor changes in symptoms and side effects.
• Maintain accurate EMRs and documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to online directory profiles and marketing efforts.
