Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor to partner with the Program Director, ensuring daily operations and program compliance for client care services across children, adults and families.

Ideal candidates hold MA LICSW or LMHC, a Master’s in a related field, and at least two years of direct treatment experience with youth and families, plus supervision skills and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Active independent clinical license in Massachusetts (LICSW or LMHC) is REQUIRED.
• Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related human services field.
• Two years minimum experience with children, youth and families providing direct treatment services.
• Previous training experience required.
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals.
• Experience in quality management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and ability to commute between office locations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to high-speed secure internet required.
