Job summary

La Clinica de Familia is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee programs and supervise staff. The role includes case reviews, coaching on diagnoses and quality measures, and coordinating with other supervisors for group supervision.

Responsibilities may include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering individual, couples, family, or group therapy as needed. Exempt position in New Mexico.

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in the State of New Mexico.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience.
• Must be willing to use a personal vehicle when needed.
• Must submit to required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
• Must be or apply to be board approved supervisor with counseling and social work boards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of assigned programs.
• Conduct individual supervision for staff and coach on diagnosis and quality measures.
• Review documentation for non-independently licensed staff and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with other supervisors to facilitate clinical group supervision.
• Participate in quality improvement and operational meetings.
• Provide clinical services including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and therapy.
