Ellie Mental Health in Birmingham, AL seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers working toward full licensure. • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Active Alabama LCSW/LICSW with approved supervisor designation (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation.
• Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy.
• Supervise pre-licensed counselors pursuing full licensure.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week, including supervision.

About the Role

We're seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Approved Supervisor (LCSW-S/LICSW-S) to provide high-quality therapy while supervising social workers working toward full licensure. What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama


• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation


• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries


• Experience working with diverse client populations


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and EHR systems; Valant experience is a plus


• Insurance credentialing experience preferred


• Ability to successfully complete a background check
