Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) supervisor to join our Alabama team. You will supervise therapists pursuing licensure while delivering direct client services in a flexible, compassionate environment.

In South Alabama you will design treatment plans, coordinate with case managers, and lead trainings—all while maintaining strong documentation and client care standards. Flexible work-from-home options are available and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral field with LICSW licensure and supervisor training.
• 3+ years of clinical experience with LICSW supervision.
• Proficient in intakes, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
• Strong communication and boundary-setting abilities.
• Familiarity with EHR systems; insurance panels a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide therapy, and document accurately.
• Supervise LMSWs working toward licensure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Develop creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 service hours per week including supervisees.
• Coordinate with case managers, families, and medical staff.
• Attend clinical meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties supporting clinic operations.

Position Overview

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries.
• Comfortable working with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ideally credentialed with insurance panels.
