Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active Alabama LPC license with supervisor designation (LPC-S).
• 5+ years of clinical therapy experience preferred.
• Completed supervisor training and eligible to provide clinical supervision in Alabama.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• Experience with diverse client populations; familiarity with Office 365, EHR systems; Valant is a plus.
• Insurance credentialing experience preferred.
• Ability to complete a background check.
