Job summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Mexico for a fully remote, full-time therapy role.

You will provide teletherapy to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and life changes, guiding care from first appointment through ongoing follow-up. The position requires an active NM LCSW license, an MSW degree, at least two years of field experience, and comfort working independently in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

• MSW degree and active LCSW license in New Mexico.
• At least 2 years of field experience.
• Confidence working independently in a virtual setting.
• Strong communication and case documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients through scheduled video appointments.
• Completing initial clinical interviews and reviewing relevant history.
• Identifying concerns to be addressed during treatment.
• Providing therapy based on the needs of each client.
• Keeping clear notes and maintaining required records.
• Following up on changes in symptoms or circumstances.
• Referring clients to outside services when necessary.
• Maintaining professional and licensing standards for practice in New Mexico.
