Aviata Health Group is seeking a full-time licensed clinical social worker to serve geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings. The role offers weekday schedules, a steady referral flow, and strong support from an integrated care team.

You will join a multidisciplinary team including NP/Psych NP, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists, with a dedicated patient base and uncapped bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida.
• Master's degree in Social Work completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team including NPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, LCSWs, and podiatrists.
• Maintain weekday schedules with no nights, weekends, or off-hours.
