Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs, psychologists, and podiatrists to provide geriatric social work services.
• Provide social work services in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living settings.

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida
• A completed masters in social work.
