Aviata Health Group is hiring full-time licensed clinical social workers to support the geriatric population in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings. You will deliver psychotherapy, engage with a dedicated care team, and enjoy a weekday schedule with no nights or weekends.

Competitive base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with uncapped bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401k with company match, and paid licensure renewals.

Formación

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Florida.
• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Geriatric population care in SNF/AL settings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living settings.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate integrated care.

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida
