Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking full-time licensed clinical social workers to serve geriatric populations in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living settings. The role includes providing therapy, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality care.

Weekday schedules support work-life balance. We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000–$80,000 with uncapped bonus potential, comprehensive health benefits, 3 weeks of PTO plus 6 holidays, malpractice and tail insurance, and

Qualifications

• Hold an active and unrestricted LCSW in the state of Florida.
• A completed masters in social work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure high-quality care for clients.
