Job summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a full-time licensed clinical social worker to provide psychotherapy for the geriatric population in skilled nursing and assisted living settings in Florida. You will work weekdays with a balanced schedule and collaborate with an integrated care team including NPs, psychologists, and other clinicians.

Eligible candidates hold an active LCSW in Florida and a Master’s in Social Work.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LCSW licensed in Florida.
• Master's in Social Work completed.
• Experience with geriatric population in SNF/AL settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to geriatric patients in SNF/AL settings.
• Collaborate with nurses, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other clinicians as part of an integrated care team.
