Job summary

St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center - South Campus in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to manage a caseload of 12–13 clients in the New Outlook Program. Responsibilities include therapy, admissions, discharges, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes psychosocial assessment, discharge planning, and collaboration to support individuals with severe emotional dysregulation and intellectual deficits through DBT and Positive Behavior Support.

Qualifications

• Experience providing services for individuals with severe mental health conditions.
• Working knowledge of DSM, evidence-based practices and social work ethics.
• Missouri licensure required or near completion of MSW with Clinical Caseworker status.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Social Service Assessments (Initial/Annual).
• Complete admission and discharge paperwork; document progress.
• Provide individual and/or group treatment and related documentation.
