Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri.
• Master's degree in Counseling or Guidance and Counseling with at least 48 graduate credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional tasks including assessment, admission, client counseling, prognosis, placement, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop treatment plans and discuss client progress.
• Designs behavior modification programs for individual clients and oversees implementation.
• May supervise counselors-in-training and other staff.
