Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work required.
• Prior experience working with neurologically-impaired individuals preferred.
• Must receive ACBIS certification within 12 months of hire and maintain LCSW license.

Responsibilities

• Implements clinical services for individuals served under supervision with IDT collaboration.
• Provides direct/consultative psychological services per regulations and Bancroft policies.
• Delivers cognitive rehabilitation therapy as needed.
• Provides consultative services to TDT and residential staff and families.
• Facilitates multidisciplinary collaboration to meet rehabilitation needs.
• Performs case management and referrals to community agencies.
• Supports behavior intervention programs and IPP alignment.
• Participates in the Behavior Management Committee and staff training.
• Adheres to emergency procedures and Bancroft crisis interventions.
• Maintains current knowledge of trends and research in the field.
• Performs other duties in psychological therapy as assigned.
