• Develop and implement group cognitive remediation programs in collaboration with the IDT.
• Deliver cognitive rehabilitation services per IPP, HIPAA, DDD, and Bancroft policies.
• Provide direct and consultative cognitive remediation in day and residential settings.
• Assist in creating individualized cognitive rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Train staff and educate persons served on remediation techniques and adaptive equipment.
