Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE (Northern) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in the welcoming community of Florence, PACE is part of the greater Northern Kentucky region. Just minutes from downtown Cincinnati, our location offers access to a vibrant riverfront city with dining, arts, and cultural attractions. We also provide convenient access to the scenic Ohio River corridor, with parks, walking trails, and riverfront views.
