Job summary

Volunteers of America National Services’ Senior Community Care of Kentucky PACE in Florence, KY is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). You’ll provide direct clinical care to residents, collaborate with the IDT, and support daily living activities in a compassionate, person-centered model.

Qualifications

• Must hold current Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in KY.
• Masters' Degree in Social Work from an accredited program required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and resident orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations before client contact.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a contributing member to the PACE Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Provide direct, hands-on clinical care to residents, including activities of daily living support.
• Support residents' physical and emotional well-being with person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing for timely care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while following care plans and infection control standards.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000, Based on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Occasional evenings and weekends

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensure in KY
• Education: Masters' Degree from an accredited school of social work required.

• Must have a valid driver's license and have means of transportation.
• Must clear background check.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Serve as a contributing member to the PACE Interdisciplinary Team (IDT).
• Provide direct, hands-on clinical care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents' physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while following all care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards
