$65,000 - $80,000 (Based on experience)

As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs. Located in the welcoming community of Florence, PACE is part of the greater Northern Kentucky region.
