Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Elizabeth City, NC seeks a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (A) to join our on-site clinic. The role focuses on screening, assessment, treatment planning, and providing SUD services to adults under supervision by clinical leaders in a compassionate setting.

You will participate in IOP coverage, group therapy, and aftercare planning while collaborating with diverse clinical teams.

Qualifications

• LCAS (A) licensure is required.
• Experience in Substance Use services preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, assessment, and treatment planning.
• Provide IOP coverage and therapeutic services to adults with substance use needs.
• Facilitate group therapy.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources.
• Support clients through aftercare planning and community referrals.
• Ensure documentation and crisis intervention; maintain a safe therapeutic environment under supervision.

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8am -5pm

Pay: $49,000 and up, based on experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning.

• Ensures accurate documentation, supports crisis intervention, and promotes a safe, therapeutic environment. Services are provided under clinical supervision.
