Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) to lead design, stamping, and delivery of land development and infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and consultants from concept through permitting and construction. The ideal candidate has a PE license, a Civil Engineering degree, and strong Civil 3D skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer license
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience with grading, drainage, and site utility design
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and stamp civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout
• Interpret project specifications, engineering drawings, and survey data
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and clients throughout the permitting process
• Perform engineering calculations and conduct quality control reviews on deliverables
• Provide technical guidance to project managers during project execution
• Participate in post‑project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed
