Cogent Analytics seeks a licensed Professional Engineer (Civil) to lead the design, stamping of land development, site design, and infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and consultants from concept through permitting and construction.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical capability, confidence in decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple active projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Engineer license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for land development.
• Experience in grading, drainage, and site utility design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with land development and subdivision design.
• Strong written communication for client-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and stamp civil engineering plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and site layout.
• Interpret project specifications, engineering drawings, and survey data.
• Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and clients through permitting.
• Perform engineering calculations and quality control reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to project managers during execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians as needed.
