Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and assist access to medical, educational, social, vocational, housing, and more to support program goals.
• Initiate referrals to next level care, coordinate with physical health providers for whole-person care.
• Advocate in the best interest of clients and ensure confidentiality and documentation requirements.
