TURN in Escondido, CA is seeking a licensed mental health clinician to support program goals by providing assessments, therapy, referrals, and whole-person care coordination. The role involves preparing discharge plans, advocating for clients, and collaborating with health providers to ensure comprehensive care.

The position requires a Master’s degree and CA BBS licensure (MFT/LCSW/LPCC), valid CA driver's license, and preferred experience in mental health or substance use services.

Qualificações

• Must have a Master’s degree and CA BBS registration or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC).
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assessments, mental health evaluations, therapy, case consultation, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and assist clients with basic needs and symptom management.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation; meet minimum billable requirements for direct client services.
• Facilitate placement including pre-placement visits and transportation as needed.
• Shift coverage including part of the on-call team.
• Provide field-based services as required by program and client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client’s care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
