Job summary

You will coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, discharge planning, and community partner referrals in a crisis stabilization setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychiatric Nursing, or related behavioral health field.
• Virginia licensure as LMHP (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LSATP, PMHNP) or equivalent.
• Ability to perform Safe Clinch restraint techniques.
• Vaccination policy and background checks may be required as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Educates individuals on treatment consents and disclosures.
• Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
• Develops and implements individualized Treatment Plans with person-centered care.
• Coordinates care and makes referrals with facility staff and external providers.
• Maintains clinic records and documents services and interventions.
• Manages civil commitment processes and daily programming/groups.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
