Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Knowledge of the Commonwealth of Virginia behavioral health system.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates admission intakes and treatment planning.
• Coordinates care with the treatment team and external providers.
• Maintains documentation of activities and services provided.
