Leland Management seeks a Portfolio Community Association Manager in the Gainesville, FL area. The role involves working closely with Boards, staff, and contractors to manage community operations, ensure governance, and resolve issues with residents and vendors.

Qualified candidates will have CAM certification, leadership experience in association management or related fields, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and association software.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills.
• Experience in site inspections and conducting meetings is preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex procedures, leases, regulations or documents.

Responsibilities

• Organize time effectively in a dynamic work environment and balance multiple projects independently.
• Adhere to high performance standards and model them to staff.
• Complete projects by motivating, supervising, and directing a team of associates.
• Foster professional relationships with residents, the Board of Directors, contractors, technicians and vendors.
• Analyze and address various situations that could become problems.
• Review financial reports and develop budgets.
• Ensure property improvement and maintenance of common areas.
• Prepare for and conduct association meetings.
