Qualifications

• Active California Real Estate Salesperson License required.
• Familiarity with AppFolio and Outlook preferred.
• Solid knowledge of California tenant–landlord law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Ability to multitask across a multi-city portfolio and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Marketing, listing management, and leasing operations across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate showings and tours for prospective tenants.
• Screen applicants with background checks and rental history per housing laws.
• Process applications and advise Office Manager within 2–3 business days.
• Monitor payments and draft rent notices; enforce lease terms.
• Assist with property drive-by inspections and general office duties.
