Zone Property Management Inc is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of residential portfolios in California. You will lead leasing from marketing to move-in, screen tenants, coordinate maintenance, and ensure financial performance.

This role requires strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, vendor management, and the ability to manage multiple properties efficiently, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a professional who understands operations, compliance, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance.
