Job summary

Flagstar Bank in East Northport, NY is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant II-Licensed to enhance client relationships and drive balanced growth across deposits, loans, and advisory relationships.

You will handle more complex conversations, including lending and basic investments, while partnering with Mortgage and Business Banking teams to connect clients with the right specialists.

Qualifications

• Requires 4–5 years customer service and sales experience in financial services.
• NMLS registration required under S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z.
• Life and Health Insurance licenses required within 90 days; FINRA SIE required within 90 days; FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or 66 within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and growth targets by generating client referrals and coordinating with team members to drive deposits, loans and non-interest income.
• Provide quality client engagement, resolve questions and complaints promptly, and educate clients on products and services.
• Ensure all sales, service and banking transactions are performed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
