Responsibilities

• Process policy changes and respond to enquiries professionally and timely.
• Answer client questions regarding payments and notices.
• Process endorsements for clients.
• Manage a diverse book of house accounts.
• Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.
• Support designated staff.
• Review and respond to renewal activities.
• Follow up and see tasks through to completion.
• Protect the best interests of company and customer.
