Clinicians will maintain records, refer clients to community resources, and participate in quality improvement while traveling to community sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold an LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC licensure.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services.
• Ability to perform interviews and assessments.

Aufgaben

• Perform interviews to identify problems, assess mental status, and diagnose.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists.
• Maintain medical records per regulations.
• Refer clients to outside agencies while upholding confidentiality.
• Provide crisis assessments, stabilization, and service coordination.
• Cover Emergency Services during hours and on-call.
• Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing trainings.
• Build positive relationships with community partners and agencies.
• Participate in quality improvement activities at the agency.
• Provide clinical consultation when requested.
• Travel to community locations and outreach destinations as assigned.
