Job summary

LimitlessLi LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist V to provide outpatient behavioral health services to individuals and families across all ages in North Carolina. The role involves conducting interviews, diagnosing, and delivering person-centered therapy while coordinating crises and referrals as needed.

Coverage, collaboration with psychiatrists, and ongoing professional development are expected. Travel to community locations and after-hours coverage may be required to support clients

Qualifications

• Licensure as LCSW, LMFT or LCMHC required in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with individuals and/or families to assess mental status and psychosocial history, and develop accurate diagnoses.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy across all ages using person-centered approaches.
• Assess psychiatric crises and coordinate with psychiatrists to implement crisis interventions.
• Maintain compliant medical records and ensure confidentiality.
• Assist clients in meeting psychosocial needs by referring to outside agencies and resources.
• Provide crisis stabilization, service coordination, and after-hours coverage as needed.
• Maintain licensure and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Build positive relationships with communities served and participate in QA activities.
• Provide clinical consultation as requested and travel to community locations as assigned.
