Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic assessments and determines immediate treatment plan needs.
• Completes treatment plans with patient-focused goals.
• Provides behavioral health therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
• Coordinates with Emergency Response and crisis services for high-risk clients.
• Maintains records per applicable policies and regulatory standards.
• Liaisons with community agencies, primary care, court system, and managed-care entities.
