Job summary

Lumibility in Waterford, CT is seeking an outstanding BCBA to lead family-centered interventions and ensure positive outcomes for children and families. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with exempt status and a competitive salary.

Primary responsibilities include evaluating and planning curricula and IFSPs, maintaining records, and coordinating services to meet state quality standards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, wellness programs and EAP.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with developing curricula and IFSPs beneficial.
• Strong record-keeping and family communication skills.

Responsibilities

Hours: 40 hours/week, Exempt

Location: Waterford area

Pay Rate: Between $74,000-$93,000

Responsibilities of our BCBA will include:

• Evaluating and assessing children and families to assist with and planning, development, implementation, and review of curriculums and IFSP's that will meet the individual developmental needs of young children and their families.
• Completing and maintaining records in accordance with applicable regulations and as assigned.
• Performing functions of service coordinator including ensuring that Early Intervention services achieve desired outcomes for families and children served and meet the standards as established by the state’s quality assurance team.

Requirements

• Valid behavior analyst license in the state of CT.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
• Must have internet access, cell phone, and reliable transportation.
