Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS), now partnered with Bluebird ABA, is seeking a Licensed Behavior Specialist to deliver high-quality ABA services across school, home, and community settings in Philadelphia, PA.

You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans, collaborate with educators and families, and ensure services are ethical, data-driven, and client-centered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field.
• Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents in school or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide medically necessary ABA services primarily within school settings, with additional home and community support as needed.
• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, Vineland).
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Provide caregiver and stakeholder training to support generalization of skills.
• Collect, analyze, and document clinical data and session notes.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Ensure ethical, trauma-informed, and assent-based service delivery.
