Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant to join our team in McMurray, PA. The role involves designing and directing individualized behavior modification plans for children and adolescents, with emphasis on assessment, program design, and monitoring rather than direct therapy.

Earn $35/hour as a licensed clinician (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LBS, or BCBA). Flexible schedule (minimum of 15 hours per week), supervision options, training and CEUs, and a company laptop with mileage stipend.

Qualifications

• PA licensed Behavior Specialist or BCBA certification.
• Graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children.
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling.

Responsibilities

• Design and direct implementation of individualized behavior modification plans.
• Identify behavioral goals and intervention techniques.
• Provide assessment, program design and monitoring rather than direct therapy.
• Participate in team meetings and, when needed, contribute in school meetings as a consultant.
