Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (Fee for Service) to support the Greensburg/Westmoreland County, PA area. The role designs and directs behavior modification plans with supervision for BCBA licensure, collaborating with the Mobile Therapist and treatment team.

Earn $35/hour as licensed professionals or $40/hour for BCBA holders. Benefits include licensure supervision, flexible schedule (min 15 hours/week), monthly supervision, training & CEUs, laptop, and mileage stipends.

Qualifications

Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist or BCBA eligible.
Graduate degree in ABA or related field required.
Minimum 1 year full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children 21 years or younger.
Eligible for supervision toward BCBA licensure.

Responsibilities

Serves as a consultant to the Mobile Therapist within the treatment team.
Provides assessment, program design, and monitoring, with limited direct therapy.
Maintains direct contact with the child and family.
Participates in team meetings regularly.
Acts as a consultant in special child-centered meetings when behavioral issues arise in schools or other systems.
