Job summary

Merakey in Lewistown, PA seeks a fee-for-service Licensed Behavior Consultant to develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children and adolescents across home, school and community settings.

You will assess progress, collaborate with mobile therapists and treatment teams, and monitor outcomes to ensure non-aversive, evidence-based interventions are applied and adjusted as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Professional licensure in Pennsylvania as LBS, LSW, LCSW, LMFT or LPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans with goal setting and evidence-based, non-aversive strategies.
• Collaborate with mobile therapists and treatment team members, providing expert consultation and support.
• Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor progress, adjusting interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and family-focused consultations, including school or community meetings.
