Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant to join the Greensburg/Westmoreland County, PA team. The role centers on designing individualized behavior modification plans for children and adolescents, in collaboration with the treatment team.

Responsibilities include assessment, program design, and monitoring with limited direct therapy, and supervision for BCBA licensure. Flexible schedule and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required
• PA Behavior Specialist license required
• 1 year full-time mental health direct service experience with children (21 and under)
• Clinical or mental health practicum completed with graduate degree in psychology/social work/education/counseling or related field

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs implementation of behavior modification plans
• Identifies behavioral goals and intervention techniques
• Provides supervision for BCBA licensure track
• Serves as consultant to Mobile Therapist within the team
• Maintains direct contact with child and family and participates in team meetings
