Job summary
CVS Health in the beauty retail division seeks a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant passionate about beauty and customer experience. You will deliver personalized service, demonstrate product knowledge, and drive sales through upselling and engagement with CVS Beauty Club programs.
Represent CVS and partner brands, perform licensed services including ear piercing, and maintain clean, appealing displays while staying current with trainings and promotions to enhance the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state of employment.
- License must be present and displayed during working hours as mandated by the state.
- Ability and willingness to perform ear-piercing and other licensed services in-store.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class beauty advisor experiences for customers.
- Offer personalized sales service with upselling and product knowledge to maximize sales.
- Represent CVS and partner brands and uphold high service standards.
- Educate customers by demonstrating product usage and benefits to drive conversions.
- Maintain displays, stock levels and promotional materials; participate in events and training.
