Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Beauty Sales Consultant to support our beauty services in-store. You will provide expert product guidance, personalized sales service, and engage customers with CVS Beauty Club programs to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a current Cosmetology/Esthetician license, maintenance of licensure, and willingness to perform ear piercing and other in-store services.

Qualifications

Must possess a Cosmetology/Esthetician license in the state you work.
Active license must be maintained and displayed during working hours.
Licensed Beauty Sales Consultants must perform ear piercing where offered.
Requires ability to perform all services offered in CVS stores.

Responsibilities

Seek out customers to provide world-class beauty advisor experience.
Provide personalized sales service, upsell and suggestive selling.
Demonstrate product knowledge to maximize sales basket.
Engage customers with CVS Beauty Club programs and promotions.
Represent CVS and partner brands with high service standards.
