Job summary

Sephora in Tucson is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients in the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will perform makeup, waxing, and other services, while maintaining licenses, hygiene, and product knowledge.

The role emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience, with flexible scheduling. A current license is required; 1–3 years in a similar setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and related services in the state of practice.
• 1–3 years' experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality, or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented setting.
• Fast learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by achieving store goals through beauty services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services on Sephora's menu.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
