Job summary

Sephora AZ-Biltmore in Phoenix is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor to guide clients at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You’ll perform makeup and waxing services, educate clients on trends, and help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

Maintain licensure while upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible scheduling supports 15-29 hrs/week with additional peak-hours availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state.
• 1–3 years in a similar role or retail/service environment.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by meeting store goals, providing and rebooking beauty services, and selling products.
• Perform makeup, waxing, and other Sephora beauty services; stay informed on trends to educate clients.
• Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork within the store.
• Uphold Sephora standards and ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
