Job summary

Sephora Tucson is seeking a Licensed Beauty Advisor for part-time shifts at AZ-La Encantada (1982). This role requires an active license for waxing, makeup, and lash services, and 1–3 years in a beauty or service environment.

You will educate clients, perform services, and help achieve store goals. The position offers flexible scheduling with 15–29 hrs/week, opportunities to grow, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false lash services in the state.
• 1–3 years in a beauty, retail, hospitality, or service role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
• Ability to deliver personalized client service and build relationships.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Drive results by providing services, rebooking clients, and selling products.
• Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other Sephora menu items.
• Maintain licensure and uphold health and safety standards.
• Foster inclusiveness and teamwork.
• Uphold Sephora policies and ensure a safe shopping experience.
